How do I create my first project?
After signing in, click "New Project" from the dashboard. Choose a build template (Full Rehab, ADU, SB-9, or Cosmetic Flip) and enter your property address.
How do I import my bank transactions?
Go to the Transactions tab and click "Import CSV". Download your statement from Chase or Amex as a CSV file and upload it. Transactions are auto-categorized.
Can I invite my GC or lender?
Yes! Go to your project's Team tab and invite them by email. They'll get their own portal view — GCs see steps and daily logs, lenders see draws and loan details.
Is my data secure?
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest (AWS). Authentication is handled by Auth0 with industry-standard security. We never share your data with third parties.
How do I scan a receipt?
In the Transactions tab or a project's Expenses tab, tap "Scan Receipt". You can take a photo or choose from your library. The amount, vendor, and date are extracted automatically using Google Vision OCR.
Is Sayank free?
Yes — everything is free during early access: project playbooks, budget tracking, lender and CPA portals, pro forma analysis, and the mobile app. When paid plans launch, early users lock in founding pricing — see the Pricing page for details.
